What is a workspace?
A workspace represents one individual website or business domain where you install the JIVIQ chat widget. Every workspace includes unlimited teammates and unlimited human chat conversations.
How do AI conversation limits work?
The Chat plan includes 3 free AI credits to test AI capabilities. Co-Pilot includes 100 AI conversations per month, and Auto-Pilot includes 500 AI conversations per month. Human live chat conversations are always 100% unlimited across every plan.
Can my whole team use one subscription?
Yes. One subscription covers your workspace. Teammates and human conversations are unlimited on every plan, with zero per-seat fees.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. 14 days of full access, no credit card required upfront. Nothing can be charged by accident. We only ask for payment details if you decide to continue past day 14.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When day 14 passes without a subscription, the chat widget simply pauses until you pick a plan. All your configured knowledge sources, conversation history, and settings remain completely intact.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with 1 click from Settings → Billing inside the product. Your plan won't renew, and you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. See our refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and major regional payment methods with secure PCI-compliant checkout.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or switch to annual?
Upgrades are self-serve and take effect immediately. To downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing (up to 20% off), manage it directly in Settings → Billing or email support@jiviq.com.
What about taxes and invoices?
Applicable taxes (e.g. GST for Indian customers, VAT for European customers) are calculated at checkout and clearly itemized on official downloadable PDF invoices.
