What's a "Founding Member"?
The first 100 subscribers get their price locked at today's rates forever. As we ship Forms, Payments, and Invoicing (all on our roadmap), they're included in your plan at no extra cost — even when we raise prices for new customers. No gimmicks, no expiring discount — just a permanent price lock as a thank-you for signing up early.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. 14 days of full access to the plan you choose, no credit card required upfront. We only ask for payment details if you decide to continue past day 14.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from inside the product; access continues to the end of your billing period. See our cancellation & refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
International cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and major regional methods. UPI and net banking for India will launch alongside Razorpay support.
Do you charge per booking?
No. Pricing is a flat subscription — no per-booking fees, no hidden transaction charges. SMS reminders on Team include a generous monthly quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, both directions. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What about taxes?
Applicable taxes (e.g. GST for Indian customers) are added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Our payment processor handles tax collection and remittance.
