Everything you need to know about setting up, scaling, and managing your appointments with the JIVIQ Workspace Platform.
Scheduling FAQ
help Who is JIVIQ built for?
Jiviq is built for solo founders and 1–5 person B2B SaaS or services teams, typically pre-Series A. If you're the person handling support, running demos, scheduling meetings, and managing customer relationships all at once — JIVIQ was designed for you specifically.
help What is the core problem JIVIQ solves?
Most founders end up being the only person who knows the full story of every customer relationship. Chat knows one thing. Email knows another. The CRM knows something else. Jiviq connects everything — conversations, meetings, feature requests — into one customer timeline, so you stop being the manual integration layer. (Email joins the timeline soon.)
help How is JIVIQ different from Crisp or Intercom?
Crisp and Intercom are communication tools. They help you talk to customers in the moment, but they don't connect that conversation to your email thread, your meeting notes, or the feature requests that customer has filed. Jiviq maintains context across the entire relationship. Intercom is also built for teams with dedicated support agents. Jiviq is built for founders who are the team.
help How is JIVIQ different from HubSpot?
HubSpot is a CRM suite designed for sales organisations with SDRs, AEs, and CS managers. It's powerful but built around an org chart most founders don't have. Jiviq is opinionated, lean, and founder-first — it gives you the context you need without the complexity you don't.
help What products are live today?
Scheduling and Forms are live today. Customer Context, Chat, Knowledge Base, and Feature Tracker are in active development — these are the core of the Founder OS and are shipping progressively.
help How does JIVIQ learn my voice?
Every time you send a reply in chat, Jiviq learns from it. Over time it picks up how you explain your pricing, handle objections, and communicate with your customers. Response suggestions improve continuously without any manual configuration. (Email replies join this loop when email ships.)
help How does scheduling work?
You get a public, ad-free booking page where customers can book directly from your available slots. Before each call, Jiviq prepares a brief with all relevant context about that customer — past conversations, open questions, feature requests. After the call it extracts action items and drafts your follow-up.
help Do my clients need to download an app?
No. The booking page is fully web-based and works in any browser on any device — no downloads, no sign-ups required for your customers.
help Does JIVIQ integrate with my existing tools?
Jiviq is designed to replace most of the tools in your stack rather than add to them. For anything outside its scope, we support webhooks compatible with Zapier, Make, and Pabbly. A roadmap of direct integrations is in progress.
help Is there a free trial?
Your first 30 days are completely free — no credit card required. After the trial you move to a paid plan. There is no permanent free tier.
help How much does JIVIQ cost?
Pricing is designed to cost significantly less than running 4–5 separate tools (Crisp + Calendly + Notion + HubSpot). Full details are on the pricing page.
help Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
help Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use high-availability infrastructure, strict access controls, and daily backups. We follow GDPR-aligned data practices and never sell or share your data.
help Do I own my data?
Absolutely. Your customer conversations, meeting notes, feature requests, and knowledge base content are entirely yours. You can export everything at any time.
help What kind of support do you provide?
Every plan gets email support at support@jiviq.com with a one-business-day response target. Paid plan customers get priority routing. Early-stage founders can also reach the founding team directly — we're building this alongside you.
