The short version: every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Pricing is flat per workspace (1 workspace = 1 website or business domain) with unlimited teammates and unlimited human conversations on every plan. You pick Chat ($9/mo), Co-Pilot ($19/mo with 100 AI conversations), or Auto-Pilot ($49/mo with 500 AI conversations) to continue. You can cancel any time from your account settings.

What is a workspace?

A workspace represents one individual website or business domain where you embed the JIVIQ chat widget.

You can invite unlimited teammates (co-founders, support staff, operators) to the same workspace without per-seat fees.
Human live chat conversations are always 100% unlimited across all plans.

The 14-day free trial

Your first 14 days are completely free, with full access to the product. We don’t ask for a card up front, so nothing can be charged by accident. Your Billing page shows a countdown of the days left.

There is no free plan after the trial. When day 14 passes without a subscription, Jiviq pauses until you subscribe. Pick a plan on the Billing page — open the account menu in the top-right corner of the admin app — and everything picks up where it left off; nothing to set up again.

Annual billing

All plans offer annual billing at up to 20% off:

Chat: $84/year per workspace
Co-Pilot: $180/year per workspace
Auto-Pilot: $470/year per workspace

Annual plans prepay 12 months. You pick Monthly or Annual on the Billing page before checkout.

Larger teams & Enterprise

If you have custom security requirements, custom knowledge base integrations, or dedicated SLAs, email support@jiviq.com with “Enterprise” in the subject and we’ll set up a tailored plan.

In the admin app, open the account menu in the top-right corner and choose Billing.
Choose Monthly or Annual, then pick your plan.
Complete checkout. Payment usually confirms within a few seconds, and your plan activates on the same page.

Payments, currency, and tax

Payments are handled by our secure payment gateway. We never store your full card number — only a billing reference.

Prices are in USD. If you pay in another currency (INR, GBP, EUR), the payment processor converts at checkout based on your billing country. Applicable taxes (for example GST in India) are added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

We accept international cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and major regional payment methods.

There are no per-seat fees, per-teammate penalties, or hidden transaction charges on any plan.

Changing plans

Upgrades are self-serve: on the Billing page, pick the higher plan and check out — the upgrade takes effect immediately. To downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing, email support@jiviq.com from your account email.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

In the admin app, open the account menu in the top-right corner, choose Billing, then Cancel subscription. Your plan simply won’t renew — nothing is deleted early, and the page confirms the date your access runs until. You can also cancel by emailing support@jiviq.com from your account email.

For refund requests, see the cancellation and refund policy — refunds are considered case by case, and the 14-day trial exists so you can evaluate everything before paying.

Discounts

We don’t currently offer non-profit, student, or other special discounts. The standing way to pay less is annual billing (up to 20% off) — see the pricing page for details.

What is a workspace? A workspace represents one website or domain where you install the JIVIQ widget. Each workspace includes unlimited teammates and unlimited human live chat.

How do AI conversation limits work? Chat includes 3 free AI credits to test AI answers. Co-Pilot includes 100 AI conversations/mo, and Auto-Pilot includes 500 AI conversations/mo. Human chat conversations are always 100% unlimited.

Do I need a credit card to try Jiviq? No. The 14-day trial requires no payment details. We only ask for payment if you decide to continue past day 14.

What happens to my widget when the trial ends? It pauses when the trial ends. Subscribe from the Billing page (account menu, top right) to pick up where you left off.

Is there a free tier? No. Chat at $9/month ($84/year) is the entry plan, and there is no permanent free tier.

Can my whole team use one subscription? Yes. One subscription covers your workspace — teammates and human conversations are unlimited on every plan, with no per-seat fees.
