Jiviq Labs: early access features
Jiviq Labs is where we run new features with a small group of customers before releasing them to everyone. Three features are in early access right now: Inbox, Bookings, and Forms.
We ship carefully. A feature stays in Labs until it meets our bar for reliability and polish in real businesses — then it graduates for everyone. We don’t promise dates.
What’s generally available today: the chat widget, the AI assistant answering from your Knowledge Base, and the conversations admin your team works in. If you’re new, start with Getting started.
Inbox
Inbox brings every customer interaction into one continuous timeline: chat, emails, forms, and meeting notes, automatically organized by customer. Instead of jumping between tabs to piece together who asked what, you open one customer and see everything in order.
Bookings
Bookings (called Meet on our site) gives your business a booking page: your customers pick a time from your availability, and the appointment lands on your calendar. Because it’s connected to your conversations, you go into each appointment already knowing what that customer has asked before.
“Can you schedule an appointment?” If a customer asks your AI assistant this today, the answer depends on your account: until Bookings is enabled for you through Labs, the AI cannot schedule appointments — your team handles the request in the conversation instead.
Forms
Forms lets you build intake forms your clients actually complete: pre-appointment screening, client feedback, booking inquiries. You build the form in the admin app, publish it, and share it as a link. Responses collect in one place in your admin — no more chasing paper or copying answers into spreadsheets.
“How does the form product work?” In early access: build the form, publish it, share the link. Each submission shows up in your admin as it arrives, tied to the person who filled it in.
Want early access?
Write to support@jiviq.com and tell us which feature you want to try and a sentence about how you’d use it. You can also reach us through the support page.
We onboard Labs customers in small batches, so we can watch each feature closely and fix what we find fast. That’s the point of Labs.
