Create your Workspace

For: anyone setting up Jiviq for the first time.

You need an email address you can check and about five minutes. The 14-day free trial starts the moment your account is created — no credit card required.

Go to app.jiviq.com/signup and fill in the form:

Your name
Business name and a category (pick “Other…” if none fit)
Work email — this becomes your login, so use an address you can actually receive mail at
Password — at least 6 characters
Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Click Start my free trial.

2. Verify your email

Your account is not created yet — signup finishes only after you verify your email. We send a message with the subject “Verify your email for Jiviq” from support@jiviq.com. Open it and click Verify Email.

Open the verification link on the same device and browser you signed up on. The details you typed into the form are saved in that browser, so finishing there means you won’t have to re-enter anything. (Opened it somewhere else? No harm done — just return to the browser you signed up in and sign in there to finish.)

Didn’t get the email?

Check your spam or promotions folder.
It can take a few minutes to arrive.
The signup screen has a Resend verification email button (it waits 30 seconds between sends).

The verification link brings you back to the sign-in page with a green “Email verified” banner. Sign in with the email and password you just chose — that sign-in is what actually creates your account. You’re signing in at app.jiviq.com; bookmark it, it’s where you’ll work every day.

4. Create your first Workspace

Right after your first sign-in, Jiviq asks you to create your first Workspace. The name is pre-filled with your business name — change it if you like, then click Create Workspace.

A Workspace is your front door for customer chat. Each Workspace has its own chat link, its own widget code, its own Knowledge Base, and its own AI assistant that speaks as your brand. Every conversation from every Workspace still lands in your account’s one shared customer record (the default — you can change that per Workspace later).

Most businesses need exactly one Workspace. If you run separate brands or want separate front doors (say, support and sales), owners and admins can add more later under Settings → Workspaces.

Your business timezone

At signup, Jiviq detects your timezone from your browser and sets it as the business timezone. It controls how times are shown across your account.

To check or change it, go to Settings → Organization and look for the Business timezone card. Only an owner or admin can change it.

Your trial and what comes after

The 14-day trial includes the full product. When it ends, you’ll need a paid plan to keep going — Co-Pilot ($19/month) or Auto-Pilot ($49/month). There is no free plan after the trial. Details in Billing and plans.

Next steps

Your Workspace exists, but nobody can talk to it yet. Two things make it real:

Install the chat widget on your website so customers can start conversations.
Import your website into the Knowledge Base so the AI has something true to answer from.
